This kit fits Hondas and Acuras with a M14 x 1.5 drain bolt pattern and includes one engine oil pan drain plug and one transmission oil drain plug. May fit other applications with matching bolt patterns. More than just a simple accessory, Magnetic Drain Plugs are used throughout various forms of motorsports worldwide and help attract fine metal particles. Fine metals can build up in your engine over time and clog passageways with tight tolerances. In the long term, this can lead to reduced oil flow to your engine internals or complete oil starvation that leads to failures. Being able to check the metal content at the tip of your drain plug during an oil change can also provide valuable feedback on the health of your engine. Too much metal build up can be an indicator of problems internally and can enable you to save your prized engine build before it’s too late.
