Address Verification: We will only ship to a verifed address, there is absolutley no exceptions to this rule. An address has to be listed as primary or secondary on a credit card. If using Paypal make sure the address you wish to ship to is listed as confirmed.

Address Errors: Any address corrections that are made by Canadapost because of incomplete or incorrect address information provided by our customers will result in a $5 dollar address correction fee that will automatically be charged to the customer at fault. Addresses can not be abbreviated in anyway. If you abbreviate your address, we can not be held responsible for address errors or slow shipping times.

Shipping Errors: If an incorrect item is received due to our error we will issue a refund on the shipping cost that you send back to us once we get in the incorrect item. Garage16 is not responsible for products lost or damaged during the shipping process. If you receive a package damaged during shipping please contact us at 416-895-2156 within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be pursued.
